Forever 21 Online Return Policy
Normally, you can return items you bought online from forever 21 within 30 days of the purchase date. However, that window for returns and exchanges has been expanded to 60 days temporarily considering that lots of of the store locations have been closed.
You can return your items by mail or in store. note that final sale items can’t be returned or exchanged. All other items need to be in new condition, with the tags attached.
Forever 21 returns by mail: you pay the shipping
Visit the forever 21 returns site to print a prepaid shipping label for your return. You’ll need to supply your billing zip code and your order number, which you can find on your order confirmation.
Although forever 21 gives you a prepaid shipping label, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Your refund amount will not include the original cost to ship the item to you either.
Pack up the item and send it back using the label provided. You must receive a refund to the original form of payment within three weeks.
Returning a forever 21 online order to a store
Gather up the item you want to return along with your packing slip or order confirmation and take it to any forever 21 store. You’ll be refunded to your original form of payment. That applies to gift cards, too.
If you paid with Amazon Pay, PayPal, or Afterpay, you cannot get a refund for the item — you are only eligible for store credit.
Forever 21 exchanges
You can only exchange items you bought online by taking them to a forever 21 store. Again, the 60-day window applies. All tags need to be attached and the clothes need to be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
Forever 21 in-store return policy
You can return the items you bought in store for up to 60 days (as of January, 2021) from the purchase date. Bring the item in in unused condition. You need to have the original receipt for a return or an exchange. You’ll be refunded to your original form of payment.
Final sale items can’t be returned or exchanged.
